Submission Instructions: This individual takes specific responsibility to prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow projections, 990 schedules, timely payments to keep insurance, workers comp, and retirement plan current; manage scope and payment for all creditors and contracts with vendors, and prepare or file any documents or reports as necessary to maintain compliance. As a member of Beck Center’s leadership team, this individual participates in the development and implementation of Beck Center’s strategic plan, annual business plan, and capital campaign, interfacing with the board of directors and supervising the work of the part-time Accounts Payable Clerk.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, innovative, detail-oriented and energetic person with financial management, financial reporting and budgeting experience. A Bachelor’s degree or CPA is preferred, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, tact and diplomacy and the ability to present complex financial information to the staff and board. A passion for arts and education is a must.
