1. Define standard curricula and rotating periodicity for curricula workshops.
2. Coordinate and integrate workshop scheduling with other programs for mutual advantage.
3. Plan and schedule studio workshops for each regular series and for any additional studio workshops available to the public.
4. Determine costs and pricing for each workshop.
5. Provide forecasts of materials that will be required from our Studios (such as beaten fiber, paper, inks, etc.) to the Studio Coordinator within the prescribed advance notice period.
6. Execute instructor contracts and other administrative documents; obtain bios, workshop descriptions and any other information needed to communicate offerings and publicize workshops.
7. Prepare descriptive content for catalogs, website, social media and other communications; forward to Communications and Marketing Coordinator for review and publication.
8. Identify and leverage promotional opportunities for the Studio Workshop program.
9. Administer enrollment, cancellations, data recording and accounting requirements for each registrant and workshop.
10. Arrange for instructor housing and food as required.
11. Provide studio and local logistics orientation to instructors.
12. Obtain materials, including those to be supplied from our Store and from the Studios for each workshop.
13. Working with Studio Coordinator, perform or verify the required set up arrangements for each workshop.
14. Define introductory and closing procedures for each workshop; execute or delegate the introductory and closing procedures for each workshop.
15. Analyze enrollment, demographics, evaluations and other data to plan future workshop series

The Studio Workshop Coordinator will work to:
