Submission Instructions: Since their launch in September of 2016, the Applaud Squad has become one of the fastest growing entertainment blogs in Cleveland, Ohio. Focused on providing content centered around theatre, music and concerts, the Applaud Squad aims to applaud the artists that color our world while encouraging all audiences to become patrons of the arts.

The Applaud Squad is searching for an eager and awesome volunteer CONTRIBUTOR to join their exciting team!
The contributor should…
- Be interested in writing theatre and/or music reviews for the Cleveland area.
- Live in the Cleveland area with access to transportation.
- Be passionate about theatre, music and/or the entertainment industry.
- Be a creative, experienced writer who can work independently.
- Bring a positive attitude to the table and fresh, innovative ideas!
- Have an eye for detail. The little things mean the world to you!
- Be organized, a team player and an excellent communicator (both verbal and written).
- Be social media savvy! People interact with you on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their creative writing skills as well as gain a better understanding of how press, media and blogger relations can impact a product, service – or in their case – entertainment.
