My Studio Time program is a great and affordable option to rent studio space just when you need it. Whether you want to get back to painting, improve your technique, spend a couple of hours away from the noise of life in your own world, or when you feel the musses knocking at your door, this space is what you are looking for you.
Used as the owners private classroom in the afternoons, the space is connected to his studio. It is located on the first floor, handicap accessible, private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heat. It is equipped with 10 large easels, 5 drafting tables, 10 drawing boards, drying racks and more, all available to all program participants. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
Live In Artist-In-Residence
Seeking artist applicants to rent space in a fine art printmaking community and live among other artists. All artist must have printmaking experience and currently be working in any fine art printmaking medium.
For just $200 per month you will have a private bedroom with a reserved shower and 24/7 access to print studio. Our studio is equipped with a letterpress, 2 etching presses, inking stations, screenprinting area, clean work-space area, 2 washing sinks, full kitchen and bathroom. Must be a responsible key holder to the printshop.

Artist work studio available for rent in the heart of the Waterloo Arts District. Located in the Waterloo Arts building above the Gallery and Callaloo Café, the studio is approximately 150 square feet and rent includes all utilities and free Wi-Fi. This is a creative environment with eight private artist studios and a shared bathroom and slop sink. A back porch provides a nice outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air in warmer weather. The Waterloo Arts studios are reserved for visual artists who are expected to participate in and assist with quarterly open studio events during the district’s art walks. These studios cannot be used as residential spaces but artists have their own keys and 24/7 access. Initial lease is three months and month-to-month thereafter. A one-month security deposit is due upon signing or may be paid in three installments during the initial three-month term. Both of their state-of-the-art dance studios are available for intimate instruction or large classes. Considered among the best in Ohio, each fully-accessible studio measures 60 ft. x 40 ft. and features a sprung Marley dance floor and a mirrored wall. Restrooms, a lounge area, vending machines, and a guarded parking lot are also included. The studios are centrally located in midtown Cleveland’s Masonic and Performing Arts Center, just minutes from Playhouse Square.

On Wednesdays and Saturdays through the month of November, Zygote Press continues advocating for artists and filling the void for resources that provide affordable services and valuable connections by opening our gallery space to our members for documentation/viewing purposes. Members can reserve our gallery space for either full or half days to install works to be photo-documented or to hold studio visits with independently scheduled curators.
