Starting one story and wall at a time Howard was able to create multiple units out of the approximately 9,000 square foot floors. By 2007 The Hamilton Building was turned from a three-story heavy industrial building in to a three-story, twenty unit community of entrepreneurs and artists.
Both of their state-of-the-art dance studios are available for intimate instruction or large classes. Considered among the best in Ohio, each fully-accessible studio measures 60 ft. x 40 ft. and features a sprung Marley dance floor and a mirrored wall. Restrooms, a lounge area, vending machines, and a guarded parking lot are also included. The studios are centrally located in midtown Cleveland’s Masonic and Performing Arts Center, just minutes from Playhouse Square.

The Zygote press artist share space — ZPASS — The Zygote press artist share space — ZPASS — is a 1,500-square-foot loft apartment above the printmaking shop on East 30th St., in the heart of Cleveland’s burgeoning ArtsQuarter district. Considered to be the epicenter of Cleveland’s Asia Town, this mid-town location has direct access to dining, shopping, parking, and public transit.
Survival Kit is a gallery and performance space on the third floor of the 78th Street Studios complex.
Tyler Village has three 1,000 square foot studios available for $650.00 per month each. Uses could include creative office, art studio, gallery, photography studio. Units are located on the 3rd floor of Building 42 at Tyler Village. These won’t last long so contact us about the available spaces

Praxis Fiber Workshop is for anyone interested in art! The idea for Praxis came to fruition when the Cleveland Institute of Art downsized the fiber department. Praxis took the existing fiber equipment (17 floor looms and assorted dyeing supplies) and opened a nonprofit fiber art center available to the CIA community and the greater Cleveland. Praxis offers studio space for local fiber artists and a gallery to promote the field of contemporary fiber art.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays through the month of November, Zygote Press continues advocating for artists and filling the void for resources that provide affordable services and valuable connections by opening our gallery space to our members for documentation/viewing purposes. Members can reserve our gallery space for either full or half days to install works to be photo-documented or to hold studio visits with independently scheduled curators.

First floor studios are rented to artists who will display their work in their space. The building's first floor has 16 artist studios and these artists are open for various events throughout the year including Sparx in the City and the December Holiday Open House.
The historic Henn Mansion, the jewel of Euclid, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1923, the Mansion maintains its original charm and majestic character, making it a wonderfully unique setting for your special event.
Four formal rooms and an elegant grand staircase on the mansion's first floor provide intimate meeting spaces for events of up to 100 people. Although the interior spaces retain their historic charm, the house is completely updated with modern amenities. A catering kitchen, central air conditioning and elevator make the building comfortable and accessible.
The Academy has a wonderful gallery featuring works in all mediums by regional artists, working artists studios, an exhibit hall, a music stage and the Fiber C.A.F.E. (center for alternative fiber experience).
