Any artists that is looking for a private space to create work: dancers, movers, actors, and performance artists.

Our newly renovated space at Fairview Park includes the following.

This two-story 1915-built brick warehouse is located in the heart of downtown Old Brooklyn. The building is directly attached to a soon-to-be opened barbecue restaurant.

Fresh Lab has a recording studio space that is built for digital music production, podcasts and vocal recording. They specialize in conscious hip-hop. Give them a call to see how their studio might work for you. They run Logic Pro, FL Studio, Komplete Kontrol and Waves plug-ins as well as digital turntables (Rane Twelve's and Seventy-Two Mixer) for mixing and scratching.
