Artist studio available for rent in the heart of the Waterloo Arts District. This is a creative environment with eight private artist studios and a sharedkitchenette, bathroom and second story porch. The studio is located above Waterloo Arts and can be accessed 24/7 through a secure entrance. Studio is approximately 150 sq/ft and the $200/month rent includes utilities and WiFi.
