This is not a party house, please look else where- and intended for one other artist only, no couples. Cheers!

Join the community of artists and makers in one of North Collinwood’s newest creative spaces!
Located on Grovewood, one of the neighborhood’s laid back locales, creators of all backgrounds can find the space they need to do what they do best. Two ground floor commercial storefronts are available to be built to suit your needs. Both spaces provide just over 600 square feet of space that can be used to create your dream studio, gallery, or live/work retreat! The current storefront will soon be replaced with an entirely new system that retains the historic 1920s character of the property, while giving lots of natural light.
