Two ground floor commercial storefronts are available to be built to suit your needs. Both spaces provide just over 600 square feet of space that can be used to create your dream studio, gallery, or live/work retreat! The current storefront will soon be replaced with an entirely new system that retains the historic 1920s character of the property, while giving lots of natural light.

Superior Sound's business manager, Randy Chase makes sure that he and his staff are making their customers feel like they are the number one priority. My Studio Time program is a great and affordable option to rent studio space just when you need it. Whether you want to get back to painting, improve your technique, spend a couple of hours away from the noise of life in your own world, or when you feel the musses knocking at your door, this space is what you are looking for you.
Used as the owners private classroom in the afternoons, the space is connected to his studio. It is located on the first floor, handicap accessible, private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heat. It is equipped with 10 large easels, 5 drafting tables, 10 drawing boards, drying racks and more, all available to all program participants. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
Live In Artist-In-Residence
Seeking artist applicants to rent space in a fine art printmaking community and live among other artists. All artist must have printmaking experience and currently be working in any fine art printmaking medium.
For just $200 per month you will have a private bedroom with a reserved shower and 24/7 access to print studio. Our studio is equipped with a letterpress, 2 etching presses, inking stations, screenprinting area, clean work-space area, 2 washing sinks, full kitchen and bathroom. Must be a responsible key holder to the printshop.
Loft area for office/studio available with or without available warehouse space. The warehouse space is also available to share with our company that does engraving and etching in stone. Equipment that is available to use; plotter, sand blaster with booth, saw, forklift and overhead garage door. Existing main office has artistic displays. Starting one story and wall at a time Howard was able to create multiple units out of the approximately 9,000 square foot floors. By 2007 The Hamilton Building was turned from a three-story heavy industrial building in to a three-story, twenty unit community of entrepreneurs and artists.
Both of their state-of-the-art dance studios are available for intimate instruction or large classes. Considered among the best in Ohio, each fully-accessible studio measures 60 ft. x 40 ft. and features a sprung Marley dance floor and a mirrored wall. Restrooms, a lounge area, vending machines, and a guarded parking lot are also included. The studios are centrally located in midtown Cleveland’s Masonic and Performing Arts Center, just minutes from Playhouse Square.

The Zygote press artist share space — ZPASS — The Zygote press artist share space — ZPASS — is a 1,500-square-foot loft apartment above the printmaking shop on East 30th St., in the heart of Cleveland’s burgeoning ArtsQuarter district. Considered to be the epicenter of Cleveland’s Asia Town, this mid-town location has direct access to dining, shopping, parking, and public transit.
Survival Kit is a gallery and performance space on the third floor of the 78th Street Studios complex.
Tyler Village has three 1,000 square foot studios available for $650.00 per month each. Uses could include creative office, art studio, gallery, photography studio. Units are located on the 3rd floor of Building 42 at Tyler Village. These won’t last long so contact us about the available spaces
